JOSLYN SCHMITT:
THE WHIMSICAL ARTIST

Joslyn Schmitt is a mixed Vietnamese Character Artist, Rabbit Mom, and Founder of The Jolly Jawbreaker. She hails from the land of 10,000 lakes, Minnesota. Joslyn has loved creating art since she could hold a pencil. She can be seen drawing in her bullet journal, sketchbook, or at a meeting, capturing the vision of internal stakeholders.

In 2013, Joslyn graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation and has since worn many creative hats, such as Animator, Illustrator, Voice Narrator, Production Artist, Graphic Artist, and User Interface (UI) Designer.

By day, Joslyn focuses her technical skills designing user interfaces and UX flows for Android mobile applications. By night, Joslyn is pursuing her dream of expanding her business, The Jolly Jawbreaker, into a full-time career, creating original stories and product lines around The Adventures of Lil Sengi. When Joslyn is not making art, she is pet sitting on Rover in the Twin Cities and supporting her fellow local artists through the collective Art + Comfort

JASPER THE NETHERLAND DWARF: THE INSPIRATION

Jasper was a Siamese Smoke Pearl Netherland Dwarf and the oldest son of Joslyn’s. Despite his small size, his hunger to learn and drive to compete in agility jumping over obstacles 2x his size and push beyond his limits inspired everyone around him. In 2019 he passed away young due to cancer but continues to be the heart and inspiration of The Jolly Jawbreaker.
Though he be little, he is fierce.

ZEPHYR THE LIONHEAD:

THE SUPPORT

Zephyr was a Double Maned Lionhead bunny and the younger brother of Jasper. He is Joslyn’s fluffy, lazy, and sweet son and a big supporter of The Jolly Jawbreaker. In 2022, Zephyr passed away unexpectedly and joined his brother over the rainbow bridge. Zephyr lived life on his own terms and enjoyed a luxurious life of treats and comfort. Zephyr will always be the heart and spirit of The Jolly Jawbreaker.
